that's truly unbelievable: temporary no parking signs show up randomly here. you gotta check your car every 5hrs to make sure they didn't put a no parking sign next to it!

even better is the speaker car going around the block announcing street cleaning on short notice. if you're not at home or don't hear the announcement you've no chance to escape towing ;-)
