The Giant Wheel on the River Thames bank - nice view over most of London, especially during sunset. Expect queueing at the ticket office (but is there any place in London where you don't need to queue?) Operated (sponsored?) by British Airways - and the prices tend to be in the region of a low-budget flight, too.
